She created She's Confident Coaching with the purpose of empowering women to embrace their true selves with boldness and beauty. Her own journey and belief in authenticity inspired this venture.
She aims to help women break free from societal expectations and live confidently and fulfilled lives. As the owner and Editor of Life Magazine for Women, Karen extends her mission by providing a vibrant community for inspiration and support. Her dedication and passion have earned her recognition and awards in the industry, including the Mo2vate Magazine Inspirational Woman Award and a Fellowship of the ACCPH. Her background includes video game publishing and media entertainment, and she later transitioned into consulting, supporting start-ups in various industries.
In early 2022, Leah became the MD of a ground transport company, allowing her to combine her passions for change, challenge, and sustainability. Joining She's Confident Coaching as a Business Development Director offered her the chance to merge her professional interests with the joy of giving back. Leah is a strong advocate for supporting women and believes in creating a level playing field where everyone can thrive.
As an eternal optimist and empath, Leah values understanding, compassion, and authentic connections. She embraces change as an opportunity to make a positive impact and encourages others to do the same. Additionally, Leah enjoys writing and hopes to uplift and inspire others through her stories.
